Each purchase from the Implora Online Store is governed by the Implora Terms of Sale.
All of our prices are in U.S. Dollars. We accept payment via American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Google Checkout, Money Order, and Cashier Check.
Every time you make an on-line transaction with us, we transfer all personal information, including name, address and credit card number, over a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) with 128-bit encryption.
To pay by cashier check or money order, please contact us for instruction to mail in your order. We will hold the item(s) for 10 days for domestic orders, or 20 days for International orders, from your order date. 5.3% sales tax apply to VA resident/ billing address. International Buyer: please add shipping cost.
Credit Authorization and Fraud Prevention
For your protection all orders placed must have a valid approval from one of the accepted credit cards, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. The billing information you provide must match what your credit card company have on file. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We also reserve the right to take additional fraud protection measures at our discretion and to decline those orders that do not pass those checks for any reason.
Implora is required by law to charge 5.3% sales tax on all products that purchase from Virginia state.
Implora will ship your orders as quickly as possible. We will mail your orders to your billing or delivery address. Anyone at the billing address or delivery address who receives the order shall be presumed by Implora to be authorized to receive the items.
Implora is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, FedEx or any other shipping service due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
Implora will not be responsible for packages that are returned to us as undeliverable - you will still be charged if shipping cost occurred. If a returned package needs to be shipped out a second time, actual shipping will be applied.
Returns and Exhanges
All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment and carefully packed for delivery. You may return or exchange within 15 days of of the date shipped. Items must be in new, unaltered, unworn condition and in our original packaging. All return or exchange must be accompanied by the receipt and original tags still be intact. Items returned in any other condition will not qualify for a refund or exchange, and will be returned to you at your expense. Shipping charges are not refundable. You will responsible for shipping cost to mail the item to us. For your protection, insure the package to full value. All returned products will be inspected before any refund is issued. If product is determined to be tampered with or misused, no refund will be issued. There will be $10.00 restocking fee for all returns or exchange (to lower value) under $100 purchase, or 10% restocking fee for over $100 purchase. We will deduct this fee from your refund.
We will do our best to process the return quickly. After we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 -10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number or via Company Check. Please note that the credit might not appear on your credit card statement for up to 45 days, depending on the internal policies of the institution that issued your credit card.
We will endeavor at all times to ensure that Information provided to us by you, will be held in accordance with current data protection regulations. This means, amongst other things, that we will process your data fairly and lawfully. We do not share or sell your Information to anyone outside of Implora.
