SHIPPING & DELIVERY
For Non-Express, your order will be processed within 24 hours and shipped out next business day (except custom dyed/colored items, or problem with processing your credit card, or contacting you regarding your order). We will email Tracking number (for Domestic) and Sales Receipt once it shipped.
Implora is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, FedEx or any other shipping service due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
Implora will not be responsible for packages that are returned to us as undeliverable - the customer will still be charged. If a returned package needs to be shipped out a second time, the customer will incur a second shipping charge.
